Excellent service and care for their customers. I brought my SUV in for a routine oil change. During the oil change the technicians found that all four tires were worn on the inside down to the wires. Even though it was the end of the day the team took time to line up the vehicle and replace my tires so I could drive home safely. I purchased my Tahoe at Mid-State Chevrolet and their service department over the last 7 years has been excellent. I highly recommend MidState Chevrolet for anyone wanting the best service and care for your automobile.

Mid State Chevrolet made my car buying experience fast, easy, and convenient. I called to inquire about the vehicle before my hour drive to the location. The Traverse was ready when I got there so we could look at it and go for a test drive. Jay showed us all the ins and outs of the vehicle and rode with us on a test drive because we didn’t know the roads in that area. Less than 2 hours later I was driving home in my brand new Z71 Traverse!

Jessica made us feel at ease buying our new car. We didn't even take it for a test drive. She followed up with us later to make sure we were satisfied with the car, the process and her. We'll be back!

My car was picked up for a first oil change and brought back when finished. I was on my way home and stopped and noticed my car had been hit and the wheels were all scratched up. Took it back and told them. I first was told they did not do it. I went home service manager called and told me he watched the camera. My car was fine when they took it there. But wasn’t when it was done. The guy had took it out on a test drive and hit a guard rail and did not report it. Told him I would be in after work. He got me a loaner and took my car to be fixed. It looks good like it did before. Good job

Trever at Mid State in Flatwoods WV was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. I have exclusively bought vehicles and farm equipment in another state for years. I went to mid state Chevy to just browse and met Trever. He was kind, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He knew I wasn’t buying that day but yet spent an hour with me. He was kind to my kids. That day I decided on the vehicle I wanted (colors, trim package, etc) and he laid out all of the options on how to get it. We knew one was in route so I decided to wait. It took 3 weeks. He updated us every few days. The day my vehicle arrive he called before his shift started to let me know it arrived, knowing I had a bit of a drive and 2 kids to get ready. When we arrived, I noticed he had hung in his office a picture my children drew him weeks prior. He had the vehicle serviced, detailed and waiting on me. Financing took a bit bc it was a busy day. He kept offering us drinks and played with my kids. He continuously went above and beyond for us. Trever at Mid State in flatwoods will continue to get our business for years to come. He represents the brand well without fitting all of the stereotypes of salesmen. You all are lucky to have him. The entire mid state team was great to us

In all seriousness though, Phil was fantastic, he took all of my “off the wall” questions in stride, including, “Where would a tow truck hook to this?” and “How many miles to empty when the gas light comes on?” Dwayne in finance was straightforward, knowledgeable, and I even got a little laugh out of him with our shared enjoyment of messing with scam calls/telemarketers. I’ve been spreading the word about the 10yr/150,000mi powertrain warranty and several die-hard Ford lovers are opening their eyes to the possibility of a bow tie sitting in the driveway. Very please with Will and Duane. Will had one of the trucks we wanted to see ready and waiting when we pulled up. Very polite and respectful, answered all our questions. Very easy to deal with, no pressure whatsoever. Duane was equally polite and respectful. We ended up with the basic WRAP warranty, which in my opinion is way to high, even though it's the least expensive. The whole process went pretty smooth. I'm thankful for Will and Duane Service in the Marine Corps. Would I buy from them again, Yes. The only issue I have so far. The 2500 HD Custom models come without rear inner fender wells. Chevy you missed the mark on this one. So you have to pay 200$ more and have them shipped to the dealer. They did deliver close to my residence. But, just does not make any sense at all not to include these. I would expect Chevy to eat the cost of these items. But, won't hold my breath.

So pleased and thankful for the professionalism and dedication of the service staff. Mr. Brenden was awesome and completely knowledgeable and honest about the problem and the process. I’m currently in the midst of a health crisis and working with the team allowed me to focus on my health knowing that my vehicle was in great hands.

I must have come in the wrong door, none of the sales people looked up from their desks, I guess an older woman with a toddler didn’t look like a serious buyer, finally after 4-5 minutes a young gentleman who was not in my line of vision, got up from his desk and saw me. He came right over to help. Very nice and helpful. Visit from then until we started working with finance was good. Finance and pricing was terribly slow. I’m guessing from start to finish the whole visit was 4 hours. Entirely to long! Oh and I had already picked the truck we wanted online.

I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. I used the online text feature late one evening to inquire about a vehicle (after business hours), expecting a response the next day. While I in no way wanted to take away from someone's family/home time, Jerry from the dealership responded quickly that evening and talked to me about the vehicles I was interested in. He shared my information with their online sales contact, Chris, who promptly reached out to me the next day. I am approx 1.5 hours from this dealership and it sits mid-way between my home and my office I compute to 1-2 times per week. I had 2 hours or so on my way home from work to physically look at the vehicle, have my trade assessed and sign all paperwork before I needed to get back on the road to make it home for my daughter's high school game. Chris was ready and waiting for me, took care of all of these things, and got me to the game prior to kick-off without making me feel rushed, uninformed or without support. I appreciated everyone's customer service and attentiveness to my requests of a vehicle, my tight timeline and making sure I was taken care of. This was a great experience and I would purchase here again.

It was a good experience. Very quickly found what I was looking for and had the digits ready and everything broke down for me to make my decision.

I told them exactly how much money I had for repairs. They did work and added without checking first. Far exceeding the amount I had. At one point they said it would be 700/800 and that was perfect. I go to get my car and it’s over 1200. Far more than i had (850). So I was handed a bill that I couldn’t pay. If there were other things wrong with my vehicle they should have reached out to me immediately before starting ANY work as they knew the amount I could afford.

I received my email stating my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told this would be complimentary for a period of time so I should take advantage of the service while I had it. I phoned in right away and before I knew it, I had a very sweet gentleman here in Morgantown picking up my SUV and dropping off a loaner to me. It was no time at all, and we were discussing it at work, and he walked right in again with my key fab saying my car was done! The car was back, and service was complete! I just bought my Equinox this May and for my first experience this was wonderful!

Car came in had a diagnostic done which turned out needed the motor replaced. Was told the warranty may not cover it. A few days later was told the motor was covered but was gonna take 6 more days before ready. On the last day they called to inform me my car was in a wreck ( news to me) and the radiator had to be replaced. $1,206 for this but can’t understand how they didn’t find this issue until after they put the new motor in. Oh when I bought this car new off ur lot at flatwoods I bought the 75,000 mile warranty was told by ur fiance guy it was bumper to bumper but now that my car needs a radiator that’s not covered. Glad my cars fixed but definitely wasn’t happy bout the whole experience and highly doubt when I’m ready to trade vehicles I’ll come to any lot owned by you guys!

The inside of the dealership was clean and comfortable to be in. It had snacks and drinks for my family to enjoy while we did paperwork.
